Q: Do you actually collaborate with each artist?
A: Yes, each limited edition collection is personally designed and curated by each artist.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally to most countries around the world. Additionally, please note that we charge fees for your countries VAT (if applicable) and customs fee.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: We accept changes to orders up until 48 hours after the campaign has ended.

Q: Why are campaigns limited to 14 days?
A: Each collection is available for a limited period in order for Kapsul to continue to extend our collaborative creativity with other exclusive artists.

Q: Will products be available after the campaign ends?
A: These products are available for a limited time only and are only purchasable during live campaign dates.

Q: Which Charity organization do you partner with?
A: Each campaign has a charitable organization partner that is selected by the Artist’ agency.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: All products are made to order. Our estimated shipping date is described on the product page, and in your confirmation email. Please note that international orders may vary based on customs and regulations. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: We accept standard credit card payments from globally accepted merchants (VISA, Mastercard, etc.) as well as expedited payment methods such as Paypal. These methods will be presented during your checkout process.

Q: Are refunds available?
A: Because our product is made to order, we currently do not offer any refunds. For further information, please refer to our refund policy.

Q: Can I pay for Expedited Shipping?
A: We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
A: Yes, we provide a tracking number with estimated delivery dates on every purchase.

Q: Why are there additional charges in my checkout?
A: We are required to charge fees for shipping, taxes, and duty/custom fees. These charges are all included in your standard shipping fee.
